Additionally, we fill out the necessary paperwork to access the permits as your contractor. When required by cities or counties, or due to the structural condition of your home, we provide engineering and arrange for a site visit by our licensed structural engineer to determine the most cost-effective and safe way to modify the foundation of your home. Most jobs, excluding excavation, are completed in as little as one day, and your house is never exposed to weather, except during the actual window installation itself.
